About Us
Our Mission Statement:
We are a Collaboration of Hardin County's agencies, who have a community approach to life in Hardin County. From this community approach, there is one common theme: Promoting welfare by providing assistance to families. As a community approach, we aid with navigating risks one family at a time. We keep in mind that one family's journey may look very different from another family's.
Our goal is to disrupt cycles of:
Poverty
Abuse
Violence
Substance Misuse
By offering strategies that support behavioral life changes.
We acknowledge all of the collaborative efforts that the Hardin County community offers to aid families on a variety of life stressors, from health concerns and food insecurity to educational assistance, substance issues, mental health concerns, and trauma.

We provide essential resources to empower individuals and families in our community effectively.
