Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions provides high-quality outpatient treatment, recovery housing and medication assisted treatment for individuals living with substance abuse disorders.

Individuals can be referred by a physician or can contact the admissions office with questions Monday-Friday from 08:30am-5:00pm by calling:

Lighthouse offers the following areas of treatment:

  • Dock 22 (Detox)

    • Dock 22 is a detoxification program that focuses on stabilization and treating the withdrawal symptoms of addiction while using evidence-based medication assisted treatment options

  • Anchor (PHP)

    • Anchor is a partial hospitalization program that is geared toward those with less sobriety time and requires over 20 hours of weekly group counseling.

  • Beacon (Outpatient)

    • Beacon is Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) and Outpatient Mental Health and/or substance use disorder (OP)

  • Harbor (Residences)

    • The goal of Harbor is to remove boundaries to treatment and to improve access to care by providing safe and supportive recovery housing for those who qualify.

  • Voyage (Peer Support)

    • Peer-to-peer recovery support programs with certified peer supporters that are designed to support clients as they engage in their voyage to lifelong recovery.

  • Navigate (Teletherapy)

    • Make your program specific to your needs with Navigate. These sessions can happen from the comfort of your own home.

Safe Haven is a resource for Domestic violence and rape survivors. They also focus on survivors of sex trafficking, human trafficking, and dating violence.

Mission Statement

Safe Haven's mission is "to provide relief for the underprivileged and distressed survivors, including children, of domestic violence by education, advocating for, and empowering individuals. We promote safety, well-being and justice while respecting the adult survivors' right to self-direction and control over their own lives. Safe Haven is committed to fostering changes necessary to eliminate personal, institutional and cultural oppression. We believe that ending domestic violence requires connection and collaboration to create a clear vision and a collective voice for social and systemic change."

  • On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the US.

    • This is more than 10 Million women and men in one year.

  • 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have been victims of (some form of) physical violence by an intimate partner within their lifetime.

  • 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men have been victims of severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime.

  • 1 in 7 women and 1 in 18 men have been stalked by an intimate partner during their lifetime to the point in which they felt very fearful or believed that they, or someone close to them, would be harmed or killed.

  • On a typical day, there are more than 20,000 phone calls placed to domestic violence hotlines nationwide.

Ohio VINE

Ohio VINE provides Offender Custody Status Information, Victim Notification Services and Victim Resource Directory. This service is provided by The Ohio Attorney General's Office in partnership with Buckeye State Sheriff's Association, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and Ohio Department of Youth Services and Appriss.

Facts about VINE:

  • If you feel you are in danger, call 9-1-1 immediately.

  • VINE is confidential. The Offender will not know you are registered with this service.

  • VINE only provides information on offenders in custody

  • Since VINE calls automatically when an offender's custody status changes, you may get a call from VINE in the middle of the night

  • Write down your PIN and keep it in a safe place. For safety reasons, do not share this information with others.

  • If you do not answer a notification call, VINE will leave a message and will continue calling back until you enter your PIN or until up to 24 hours have passed.

  • Do not register a phone number that rings to a switchboard.

  • You can register multiple phone numbers and email addresses for notifications.

  • If you forget your PIN, call the toll-free number and press 0 (zero). You will be transferred to an operator who can help you reset your PIN or cancel notification.

  • Operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.
