Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions provides high-quality outpatient treatment, recovery housing and medication assisted treatment for individuals living with substance abuse disorders.

    • Dock 22 is a detoxification program that focuses on stabilization and treating the withdrawal symptoms of addiction while using evidence-based medication assisted treatment options

    • Anchor is a partial hospitalization program that is geared toward those with less sobriety time and requires over 20 hours of weekly group counseling.

  • Beacon (Outpatient)

    • Beacon is Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) and Outpatient Mental Health and/or substance use disorder (OP)

  • Harbor (Residences)

    • The goal of Harbor is to remove boundaries to treatment and to improve access to care by providing safe and supportive recovery housing for those who qualify.

  • Voyage (Peer Support)

    • Peer-to-peer recovery support programs with certified peer supporters that are designed to support clients as they engage in their voyage to lifelong recovery.

  • Navigate (Teletherapy)

Mental Health Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin County

ADAMH (Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health) boards were established in 1968 in Ohio, to develop a county-operated state supervised behavioral health system.

ADAMH boards are statutorily empowered to plan, develop, fund, manage, and evaluate community-based mental health and addiction services. MHRSB (Mental Health Recovery Service Board) provides the oversight and support, develops annual needs assessments, and collaborates with contracted providers to fill system of care gaps.

Ohio VINE provides Offender Custody Status Information, Victim Notification Services and Victim Resource Directory. This service is provided by The Ohio Attorney General's Office in partnership with Buckeye State Sheriff's Association, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and Ohio Department of Youth Services and Appriss.

Facts about VINE:

  • If you feel you are in danger, call 9-1-1 immediately.

  • VINE is confidential. The Offender will not know you are registered with this service.

  • VINE only provides information on offenders in custody

  • Since VINE calls automatically when an offender's custody status changes, you may get a call from VINE in the middle of the night

  • Write down your PIN and keep it in a safe place. For safety reasons, do not share this information with others.

  • If you do not answer a notification call, VINE will leave a message and will continue calling back until you enter your PIN or until up to 24 hours have passed.

  • Do not register a phone number that rings to a switchboard.

  • You can register multiple phone numbers and email addresses for notifications.

  • If you forget your PIN, call the toll-free number and press 0 (zero). You will be transferred to an operator who can help you reset your PIN or cancel notification.

  • Ohio WIC is a program offered by the Ohio Department of Health.

  • WIC is a "nutrition education program" that provides "nutritious foods that promote good health for pregnant women, women who just had a baby, breastfeeding moms, and infants and children up to age 5.
